We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.

📦 Shipping Information

  • 🚚 Standard Shipping:
    ✅ Free on orders over £50
    💷 £3.99 on orders under £50

  • 📮 Couriers:
    We primarily use Royal Mail, but may occasionally use other services (e.g. Evri) for larger parcels.

  • ⏱️ Delivery Times:
    Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. During busy periods (e.g. 🎄 Christmas and Bank Holidays), delivery may take longer.
    👉 Please allow up to 10 days before contacting us about a missing parcel.

  • 📍 Areas Covered: Kirkby in Ashfield, Sutton, Chesterfield

  • 🗓️ Delivery Days: Mondays & Saturdays, 9am–6pm

  • 📦 When will I get my order?

    • 🛒 Order on Sunday → Delivered following monday Monday

    • 🛒 Order on Monday (past 1pm)→ Delivered Saturday

  • 🚪 Not at home?
    We’ll contact you to arrange another delivery time or leave your order in a safe place (just add a note at checkout if you would prefer this).
