🔄 Returns Policy

We want you to love your order! If you are not entirely satisfied or you change your mind, we’re here to help.

  • 📅 Returns Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • 📧 How to Start a Return: Email us at awinters@wintersbloom.com to notify us of your return.

✅ Refund Eligibility:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Items returned in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

  • We recommend keeping proof of postage in case the item is lost or damaged in transit, so you can claim compensation from the courier.

  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

💳 Refund Process:

  • Once we’ve inspected your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account (timing may vary depending on your card issuer).


📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise!

  • 🚨 Report Damage Immediately: Email us at awinters@wintersbloom.com with a photo of the damage.

  • 🖼️ We may request additional images if needed.

  • 🔄 Replacement or Refund:

    • If we have a replacement item in stock, we’ll send it free of charge.

    • If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund.
