Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Items returned in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

We recommend keeping proof of postage in case the item is lost or damaged in transit, so you can claim compensation from the courier.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
